Breakfast

Our unique ham nests are a complete breakfast. Premium ham is wrapped and baked filled with either sauteed mushrooms and shallots, crème fraiche, and tarragon, topped with fresh farm eggs, or filled with homemade fresh pesto, cheese and fresh farm eggs.

Our fresh-made Belgian Waffles are served with warm local maple syrup, berry compote topped with fresh whipped cream.

Baked golden brown, our classic quiche with gruyere, spinach and bacon is flaky, custardy, and quite simply magnifique! Our quiche is paired with a side of fresh seasonal fruit.

No wonder the French love them! Soft, warm and delicate crepes are filled with a mix of local farmer's, ricotta, and cream cheeses topped with fresh berries.

A burst of refreshment in every bite. This is a delicious change from your ordinary pancake. It is garnished with homemade lemon curd and whipped cream alongside a chosen breakfast meat. An absolute must!

Whole grains, walnuts, pecans, almonds, coconut, sesame seeds, and local honey make up our homemade granola, a great healthy addition to breakfast.

Vanilla yogurt layered with either fresh fruit or our homemade granola.

Boring toast, English muffin.......... or scone? Mary Joy's signature homemade scones are an old Irish family recipe (sorry, no sharing). Baked fresh daily using seasonal fruit and flavors to represent the season. How about apple and cinnamon on a cold fall morning.

For those gluten free guests, I have found the best tasting gluten free bread you have ever tasted, baked and shipped fresh, delicious choices to pick from.

Caruso's is our local purveyor of our hand roasted and freshly ground coffee delivered to us weekly.

Tea is provided by local companies as well as imported from Ireland (those Irish sure know their tea!
